Booking & Contact
This website, www.harleyjophotography.com collects private data using a booking form (link to form) and contact form (https://www.harleyjophotography.com/contact). The data ascertain from these forms are; first & last name, email, phone number and address (address only on booking form). These details are emailed to info@harleyjophotography.com which is stored within https://policies.google.com/privacy system and also stored on the website server (Wix). You can find their privacy policy https://www.wix.com/about/privacy. Only Harley-Jo Osborne will have access to your personal data. Your personal data will only be used to respond with relevant information about your enquiry/booking; it will not be passed onto any third parties or used for marketing purposes.
By completing these forms you are giving Harley-Jo Photography the right to use and store your personal data, if you wish for your personal data not to be stored then please state this in the forms.
Client Galleries
Harley-Jo Photography creates a gallery for each client who books a photo shoot where digital photos are provided. These galleries are provided by two providers; Wix and Got Photo.
Wix creates a private client gallery for each client. To view the galleries via Wix you will be provided with a link and password, no personal details are obtained and held.
To view galleries through Got Photo you will be provided with a QR which will take you straight to your gallery without providing any personal data. Your QR code will be given to you either via email or in person. If your gallery is not ready to view, there is an option to subscribe to receive update on your gallery, this is at your discretion however, you will require you to input your personal data (email). If, after viewing your photo gallery, you would like to download any of the images or place an order, you will need to provide personal data (first name, last name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and payment details). Promotional Use Of Images
With your consent Harley-Jo Photography has the right to use any images taken within a photoshoot for promotional use. Promotional use will include displaying images on the Harley-Jo Photography website and social media platforms (facebook & instagram). By allowing promotional use of your images it enables Harley-Jo Photography to continue their work.
All photographs taken by Harley-Jo Photography are protected under Harley-Jo Photography as detailed in this privacy policy.
Social Media
Harley-Jo Photography adopts safe and responsible social media policy. Harley-Jo Photography will never ask/request anything where you may have to provide your personal data. Although Harley-Jo Photography holds official social media platforms is it the persons responsibility to to verify authenticity before engaging with said profiles.
Email Marketing
Harley-Jo Photography does not partake in any email marketing. Any personal data obtained through this website will not be used for any marketing nor will it be passed onto to any third parties.
Client Data
As stated above the personal data Harley-Jo Photography holds is first name, last name, address, email address and phone number. This data is stored safely within a password protected iMac which only Harley-Jo Osborne has access to.
Harley-Jo Photography will hold onto your personal data until what has been agreed has been carried out and for 6 months after. After this period of time your data will be disposed of securely.
Withdrawal of Consent
Anyone photographed by Harley-Jo photography, whether past or present, may withdraw their consent for which the photograph has been used. The process for this is to email info@harleyjophotography.com with details of which photo/s you would like removed to which Harley-Jo will remove any presence of this photo.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have ever provided Harley-Jo Photography with your personal data then you have the right to request for Harley-Jo Photography to erase any data they hold on you. To request this please email info@harleyjophotography.com and allow 72 hours for a response.
